I’ve had something like $1.13 on mine since they closed the Diablo 3 real money auction house.
They don’t allow you to use it as a partial payment so there is literally nothing I can spend it on.
At least with steam I’m pretty sure you can apply a balance to a purchase and pay for the rest with a card. If I remember right the last time I tried with battle.net it doesn’t let you do that.
I don’t think thats exactly legal…

Not on Blizzard’s side in the least but when share holders want to see how many transactions were made to them they can fluff it with these purchases.
