Jews, the disabled, LGBTQ, Slavs, pretty much anyone they felt like killing. And none of it was provoked, unlike the current war which was preceded by kidnapping, infanticide, and indiscriminate murder of unarmed civilians. You might almost say someone might become unreasonable in response.
