It can be very moody and lovely. The lack of sunlight in the winters can be a bit of a struggle to deal with however.
I believe it. We visited in late summer so didn’t see it. I don’t think I’d mind much myself but it’s all academic as I’ll never live there.
I saw an art exhibit there a while back called “God, I feel so bad”, which I feel like sums up the experience of living with such little sunlight.
