…what? No, U.S.A is not under U.S.A. sanctions. Crimea and the rest of the occupied territories are.
Russia doesn’t own the land they put troops on? What are you talking about.
I’m not the one setting the sanctions. If you have complaints you can tell it to the U.S. government.
