I know America has very relaxed advertising laws, but is using the Office of the President (and the White House) to promote a private enterprise legal?

Well yeah. They’d care if it lead to impeachment or something though.
Dictator’s don’t need to care. Especially if they own the system that runs the process.
When you can get convicted of scores of felonies and still receive no punishment I don’t think you’d care about any laws. All levels of the system have proven themselves unwilling to impose any kind of consequences to him, hes in effect a monarch.
With Republicans in charge of both chambers of even one, there’s zero chance.
Last time there’s an impeachment… well, nothing happened.
