Only if they bring their bullshit to the fediverse.
There is fchan which is technically fediverse, but it luckily uses a different protocol.
I think Lemmy is easier to manage getting rid of any BS. Even if they do bring BS to Lemmy, they won’t last.
And it’s easy to block them and their communities
If they do, hopefully they flock to a single instance which is easily blockable
