I was under the impression that all Messages-Apps on smartphones that aren’t completely outdated will do RCS.This refers to “Messages” (com.google.android.apps.messaging), not “Messaging” (com.android.messaging), which comes with AOSP.
Huh. I didn’t know those two were different apps… whelp, my bad.
