They’re blocking the dashcam or something? I think.
Maybe it gives them more cover when they’re putting mag after mag into an unarmed black guy who is running away?

About 4(? Mightve been 5) years ago, some cops lifted their hoods and planted some drugs. (Or at least was the claim.)
And then the case was thrown in the court because there was no logic reason to keep both hoods open during a search, right? …
