Or if you want a single internal incident, during the Waco siege the US burned alive ~90 people, many women and children included.
And US cops don’t wait for protestors to burn a bunch of policemen and try to kill bystanders. But then again, the most prominent organizers ain’t CIA so why would they ever do that.
