I don’t think so. It was a modification to this Biden bill to remove the Israel money.

The title of this post says it’s amending the Defense Appropriations Act of 2026.
When Googling it said the start of that bill was from 2024.

That’s not what that link said, nor is that how amendments or funding works.
My bad, I read it as if that’s what she was modifying. It didn’t make sense to me that they could modify a 2024 bill but I figured anything was possible these days.
