No, I think the administrators on top are switched and they give different marching orders. They enforce policy differently based on who is in the Oval office and that administration’s decisions. That is why there is a difference in how these deportations were carried out.

I don’t know. I still see a lot of subtle racism and overt love of the surveillance state coming out Dem voters. Maybe some have simply been fooled, but I’ve come to believe a lot of them are simply closet racists and pro-imperialism. My whole point is the material actions of the two administrations do differ. Trump is targeting anyone not white whereas Biden at least targeted people with legal violations. One policy puts all immigrants in fear while the other theoretically should not.

Leftists are taken seriously enough that the Dems spent millions trying to sue them off of as many state ballots as possible, the FBI/CIA/DHS spent a great deal of resources surveilling them, and US authorities regularly assassinate and even bomb cities to kill socialists.
